Spec House
Well we finally sold that dang spec house. It had been for sell for about 7 months. I am so glad to get rid of it. We have to go in and finish a bathroom and a bedroom down stairs for the people who are buying it, but that's okay it's sold. We are suppose to close by next Friday if everything goes to plan.
